In 2017, I became one of the participants in an exchange program sponsored by the Eurasia Foundation. During this period, I worked on a documentary project titled "Under One Sky". My professors were John C.P. Goheen and Alexey Khanyutin.

Senior Video Editor
Foxford, Moscow/Istanbul – (April 2021 - Current)
• Manage 10 people in a department of Video Editors (including a cameraman and sound director). I distribute tasks, create processes, develop the skills of employees, and keep track of the quality of all video products. Also, I manage out-source staff
• Created, managed, and directed flagship special projects, such as cartoon series about soft skills (streaming rating 7.1 of 10), cartoon series about kids-safety (streaming rating 8.2 of 10), collaboration projects with Nestle, Danone, Kaspersky, and Skolkovo.
• Launched an internship program based on our department which help us to produce more than 70 short videos per month and post 2-3 short videos daily. This program has helped to reduce the cost of finding new employees and reduce the time spent onboarding staff.
• Reached 1.3 million subscribers on TikTok over one year organically.
• Participated in the international advertisement festival RedApple with our rebranding promo video.
• Implementing a Richard E. Mayers theory for multimedia learning to develop the best education content.
• Participated in creating a brand book for the company which improved brand recognition by 43 percent. Developed visual and audio guidelines for our projects.
• Delivered lectures and educational materials about self-filming for our teachers from far regions, so they can create video content for our social media (increased content by 30 percent). Which is helped to develop their personal brand and attract new students (in 2023 we’ve become one of the biggest online schools)
• Work on education content, promo, special projects, and projects for internal communications.

Ring Studio, Moscow – (September 2020 - April 2021)
• Created content for a local jewelry brand on Instagram with
over 100,000 followers. During my job, the company expanded
to more than 50.000 new subscribers on social networks.
• Created a YouTube channel and produced content. (Reached over 1.3 million views in 5 months. Most of the videos grow organically without any investments in the advertisement)
• Developed visual and sound style for the
video content of the brand.
• Filmed a documentary movie about customers.

• Created content for banks (Raiffeisen, Alfa) and consulting companies (Boyden) • Developed and created a podcast for the telecom company Beeline (VEON).
• Created a brand development strategy, and participated in the creation of market positioning.
• Produced exclusive visual content for the eco-friendly company Next Water.
